Hugo grew up in Toronto and went to university there, before meeting Arlene and settling in Grande Prairie.  They raised their children here, and Hugo now spends his time catching up to Arlene and the children, while collaborating to improve AHS services, the long term health of our population, and managing serious and complex disease out of Northwest Echocardiography Lab and Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.
