Since 1996, Rhonda has taken an active role in the Side Groups real estate holdings and development. Whether it is land development and construction, or building and property management, Rhonda has extensive and recognized experience from foundation to finishing.

Side is legitimately hands-on, having grown the privately held portfolio to 1,000,000 square feet lease space in and around the Peace Region. With an intimate involvement in every aspect of a project, she ensures thorough and well-integrated results.  In addition to real estate and work with the Maskwa Medical Center, in 2009 Rhonda co-founded the Grade Three Reading Academy Society. A community based literacy program that welcomes no less than 200 struggling grade three readers each summer at the Northwestern Polytechnic Campus. The program helps move children from learning to read to reading to learn!
